Are you looking for a challenging fitness program with varying intensity and exercises to promote quick weight loss? Boot camp workouts vary and are never the same. Expect an adventure! I combine aerobic exercise with muscle conditioning to give you the best workout. My boot camp workouts focus on the entire body by incorporating strength training, body weight exercises and high intensity cardio to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular health and burn fat. Boot camp training is done outside and as a group class. There is no need to bring any equipment with you other than a yoga mat and gloves as your body is the only piece of workout equipment you will be needing. I want to help show you just how much of a great work out you can get in a short amount of time in my boot camp. Depending on your attendance, you can see great results in one month or less! Boot campers range in age, fitness levels and weight. There is nothing to be scared of besides missing a session!

Since we train outside, you get a better aerobic and muscle toning workout than you would inside on the same boring machines you use every day. Studies have shown that boot camp workouts burn more calories and tones the body in a shorter period of time that regular cardio exercises at the gym. If all of that isn't enough of a reason to get into boot camp training, the lower cost sure is! Since many people can be trained at one time, training rates are lower.

Boot Camp Training Schedule

Boot Camp at Sawmill Park

I have boot camp training sessions that meet at Sawmill Park in The Woodlands on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5am as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 9am. 

Men and women are only $15 per session or Boot camp sessions may also be purchased as a monthly membership package for a reduced rate to help ensure your success.

In the event of lightning, boot camp may be cancelled. Please check Facebook for any boot camp cancellation.

These fitness boot camps can be a fun challenge to try out with friends, so bring your buddies and come sweat together!

*All payments are to be made in full and are required in advance.There are no refunds for training sessions. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.

*If you do not eat within 2 hours of training, you forfeit that session without refund or rescheduling.

*If you come late to boot camp, there is no guarantee that training will be in a specific location and you forfeit any training session in which you do not participate.

*Training sessions are non-transferable and are null and void if not used within your scheduled time frame.

*Please do not bring children under the age of 13.
