When the going gets tough...

Be your own role model! 

Everyone has set backs. Everyone has those days when they just don't want to go to the gym or eat clean food. Just because someone may seem to have everything going well, they could be going through a rough patch. It's ok. We are all human. We all have "off" days when we question what we are doing. We all hit plateaus. We all gain a couple pounds back sometimes. That doesn't mean that we totally give up on ourselves and go back to our old ways. We pick ourselves up, dust off and start again.

There won't always be someone there to help pick you up. That's one of the reasons that you have to have a healthy lifestyle for yourself. No one else. This is about your relationship with you and your own body. You only have one body to live with and you only get one life to live. You may as well make the most of it. Make it the best life possible. Don't just sink and let life pass you by. Get yourself back together and start working towards your goals like you mean it. You say that you want to be healthy and lose weight, then act like it! Nothing is going to happen if you just sit around and wait. You have to fight for the body you want. No one else has it. It's yours for the taking. But you have to get up and go get it. You can't fight against the body you have now, you can only fight for the body you deserve.
