See yourself as the NEW you!

We've all done it: brushed off a compliment. But those compliments are specificially meant for you! If you want to see change on the outside, you first have to change on the inside. You need to see yourself as already being the person that you strive to be. Changes happen slowly and over time, but when you look back, it seems impossible that everything is different. You have to allow change to happen but be positive about the changes. Wear those shorts now! See your body as you want it to be! Treat your body with the same respect now as you would if you already had the body you are working for!
