Sleep to be healthy
So you think that you can train hard and eat healthy but stay up all night and then do it again the next day? Think again! Your body is going to start fighting back if you don't give it time to rest. Rest is just as important to being healthy as training and clean eating. All three aspects are required if you want to be healthy. Take some time in your day to slow down and make sure that you get your sleep at night. Get a night-time routine in place and try to stick to it as much as possible. Don't think that you can "make up" sleep that you have lost. Once sleep is lost, it's gone. You're going to feel the effects for several days. Get back to your sleeping schedule as soon as possible.
