What do I do for you as a personal trainer?
If you have been struggling with your weight or been stuck on a plateau with your progress, I am here to help. I create personalized workouts based on what your body can currently do and what you want for it to do. I also work around any injuries or conditions that you may have. By giving you personalized attention, I help ensure that you use proper form as to avoid furture injuries or issues. It doesn't matter if your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, or simply get out of a chair without assistance, I can help you reach that goal. My training is not merely physical, but all-encompassing and includes nutritional and supplemental guidance. I know that training involves more than sweat. What you put into your body is just as important as what you do with it. Training is not just about sweat and spandex!
Do I really need a personal trainer or can I do this on my own?
Studies have shown that someone who works with a personal trainer in order to achieve better health and fitness is more likely to follow through with their weight loss goals and stick with their training. Having a personal trainer means that you will be able to have someone supporting you the whole way through your weight-loss journey. You will also have someone to hold you accountable. We all get pumped up at first about losing weight but, more often than not, many people do not actually understand how to work out. It seems like such a simple concept. However, there are so many things that a personal trainer can help with, you can achieve your weight-loss and fitness goals much faster with the help of a personal trainer.
How much does personal training cost?*
My one-hour sessions are $75 per session. I can train you in your own home (residence restrictions apply). However, because there are so many parks and trails here in The Woodlands, I enjoy training outside. This also means that you will not have any gym membership fees to pay! If you are already a member at a gym, I can train you in your gym and fully explain how to properly use all of the equipment. All personal training clients are required to train with me 3 days per week for at least 3 months.
Partner Package: 2 people or more per personal training session for $55 per person!
Why hire a personal trainer?
Every person is different and every person deserves a personalized workout plan structured to give the most benefit to their body. Whether the gym is your second home or have never stepped into a gym, personal training is extremely beneficial. I know that stepping into a gym can be intimidating, but walking in to meet and work with your personal trainer is exciting and motivating. I am your personal cheerleader, motivation squad and the person you can always come to with fitness and health questions. You will no longer have any excuse to not feel good about the person you are and the person you are going to become. I am ready to start your transformation; are you?

What should I bring?
I will bring all of the heavy equipment. To be properly prepared, you need to have some cold water, a yoga mat and gloves. Please make sure that you are in the proper attire: dry-fit clothing or spandex is highly advised since we will be getting hot and sweaty! Leave the rest to me!
Do I need to talk to my doctor first?
I strongly suggest that you always consult with your doctor before starting any intense training. All personal training clients must have a full physical examination from a doctor before training can begin. However, for boot camps, all campers work out at their own risk and you must sign a waiver before participating. Although I am First Aid/CPR/AED certified, I am not an EMT. I will offer alternate exercises dependant upon your medical needs.
*All payments are required in advance and can be made by cash, check or credit card.
*If you do not eat within 2 hours of training, you forfeit that session without refund or rescheduling.
