Strength Training vs Body Weight Training - Two sides of the same coin

Strength training focuses on exactly what it sounds like: strength. Think of the gym and weights. While body weight training uses the body you have to build the body you want. This is more of what you would see in boot camp style training. (Although I do both at my boot camp.)

Both types of training are tremendously beneficial and have their place for different needs. Everyone can benefit from strength training as well as body weight training. Any age. Any strength level. Any experience level. Don't limit yourself! There are so many options for different exercises, it's impossible to get bored!

I combine different exercises from both styles of training in order to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a healthy way. What are your health and fitness goals? When are we going to get you to reach those goals?
